Red the Bird

Overview
Don't you think that the character of Red is a bit strange, I mean he's the leader of the Flock and yet he has no power? This might just be me but if I were Red, I would at least try to become a bit more powerful. But anyway, a little bit of info on Red:

He is based on the Desert Cardinal
He is the leader of the Flock
He is the only Bird that has no apparent powers
He has the most relatives in the game which are Terrence (his brother), a female bird (his wife) and a son/daughter egg (his son/daughter) and a Finnish cousin named Tony

Origin of Red the Bird
For once, this character's creation is easy apparently, it was just a bird that Rovio chose to use as the leader and so did (please comment if you know any more). I mean even his name is just a description of his colour. Even in game, not much is known about his history besides the fact that he is now an adult.

Evolution of Red the Bird
Over the course of the games, Red has travelled to many places including China, Japan, Rio, Space, a galaxy far far away among other planets. When he was in space, he gained a mask and became slightly stronger whereas when he was doing battle with the Pork Side he gained Luke Skywalker's lightsaber and even trained under the Yoda Bird.
