Hardware Review: iPhone 7

Strong Points:
Fantastic aluminium build
Solid construction
New and improved camera sensor takes great quality photos
Faster Touch ID sensor
Much larger colour gamut
Optical zoom (7+ only)
Depth effect (7+ only)

Weak Points:
No headphone jack
Weak Lightning to 3.5 mm jack converter
Not bezel-less

The iPhone 7 is a revolutionary device with the latest in camera technology and faster touch id.
It's a phone which can't be compared to any other iPhone. There are a few tweaks Apple has done to the design such a get rid of the camera hump and making it smoother, moving the antenna bands to the bottom rather than keeping it on the top and the biggest change is that there is no 3.5mm headphone jack on the bottom, just a new dual speaker system. Yes, I know that this shocking but Apple has done it after all the rumours throughout the year it has happened. To deal with the problem Apple has provided a dongle so you can still use your old 3.5mm headphones but they have provided you with the new Apple Earpod, which are connected via the Lighting port.

Conclusion: overall the new iPhone is a great device but could do with a few changes.
